Do you want individual attention? In a private yoga session, I can devote my undivided attention to your yoga practice, tailoring the practice of your individual needs. Private yoga is a way to und erstanding the practice itself and can be a therapeutic approach to yoga for those with specific health concerns. Many people prefer to have one on one yoga in a location that is more comfortable than a full class setting. We will go at your pace and skill level at all times.
Remain at home or come to my office for a private class. Small group sessions are also available so you can split the cost with 1-2 other people.
